Before you book anything, we talk. You tell me what's going on, I tell you honestly whether this work can help, and which session makes sense — or whether something else would serve you better. If it's not a fit, I'll say so. I'd rather point you somewhere useful than take a booking that won't do anything for you and is not an energetic match for me either.

For when life has been heavy and you need to  clear the load. Whether it's work stress, a situation that's worn you out, Grief, conflict, or a run of everything going wrong. You're not in crisis — but you're depleted, and rest alone isn't touching it.

With these sessions I'll clear the accumulated stress and stuck energy out of your field, then give you a reading of what I found: where it was sitting, what it was connected to, and what you can do to keep it from rebuilding.

Good for:

* Burnout and exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix

* Anxiety or a nervous system that won't settle

* Absorbing other people's emotions at work or at home

* Recovering after a hard event

* Trying this work for the first time

For patterns that keep coming back no matter what you clear. If you're running the same relationship dynamic for the fifth time. If money, health, or work keeps collapsing at the same point. If you've done years of reading, workshops, and podcasts and something underneath still hasn't moved — that's not residue. That's a root. Usually generational, or installed young enough that it doesn't feel like a belief, it feels like reality.

These sessions are not a one time miracle fix. Nothing is really. But for getting to the root source or something rather than clearing the surface and calling it done, that requires deeper work and peeling back the layers every session until we finally get to the root.

You'll get a full reading of what comes up with each layer we clear and what it's attached to, plus specific work to do between sessions.

This is a fit if you:

* Recognize a pattern you haven't been able to break on your own

* Have already tried the gentle version and want the root

* Are willing to do work between sessions, not just receive it

* Want honesty more than reassurance

This is not a fit if you want someone to fix it for you, or want it resolved in one sitting. 

That's not a judgment — timing matters, and there's no shame in not being there yet.

And the reality is, everyone needs more than one for deep change....it took years to create negative behavior patterns and negative beliefs and stuffing your emotions, so it's going to take time to undo all of that and your Higher Self sets the pace, not me, so you'll never get more than you can handle processing.

Children and Animals have stresses, anxieties, traumas and emotions just like the rest of us. Energy Healing is a wonderful modality for them because they're more open than adults are — in my experience they tend to release things a great deal more easily than we do. And with children and pets, the need for energy clearing doesn't show up in words it shows up in BEHAVIORS.

For empathic children, I'd argue this work isn't just beneficial — it's necessary. If your child feels everything in the room, cries a lot and doesn't know why the most useful thing they can learn early is how not to absorb other people's emotions, and how to set healthy energetic boundaries. That's a skill most of us don't figure out until adulthood, after decades of carrying things that were never ours.

However, empathic or not, beginning regular energy clearing at a younger age is a gentle, safe way to teach the importance of consistent self-care and healthy emotional processing. It clears what's unhelpful before it becomes a much larger thing to chip away at later in life.

Common reasons people book this:

* A child who's sensitive, who cries a lot, acts out or who seems to absorb the mood of a room

* Trouble sleeping, unexplained anxiety, or big feelings with no obvious source

* A household that's been through something hard, and is concerned about how the youngest members are carrying it

* A pet or animal who's anxious, withdrawn, or newly reactive

* An animal recovering from illness, surgery, or a move

* A rescue carrying something from before you had them

Is it safe? Yes. Reiki is pure universal healing energy, and every session is directed toward the highest good of the one receiving it. As with all my sessions, the work is done to bring about the most optimum healing possible, at a pace that is healthy for the receiver. Nothing is forced and nothing is imposed.

Sessions are remote, so your child or animal stays in their own space — no carrier, no car ride, no unfamiliar room. Just let them settle wherever they normally rest. There's nothing they need to do, understand, or believe.

A reading is optional, and included if you'd like one.

A parent or guardian books and remains present for children's sessions. This is complementary support and never a substitute for pediatric or veterinary care.

If you're one of the few called to a higher path of learning how to use Energy Healing to clear yourself, family, friends and others, I offer Certifications for every level of Reiki. 

Reiki is an excellent foundation to start learning about Energy Healing and has a tendency to uncover additional abilities as you become more comfortable and confident in your work. 

All Certification levels are 4 hours and can be done in person at your home if you are in the Sacramento to Camino area in California. If you're father away no problem! Remote Attunements and Certification are also avaliable, just email me to schedule. All levels will receive a Certificate showing your Usui Reiki lineage as well as a packet for your Level.

Reiki Level 1 Certification - $300

I teach the way I practice: grounded, practical, no fluff. You'll leave able to actually use this, not just holding a certificate.

Foundation and self-treatment. The history and mechanics, hand positions, your Level I attunement, and a practice you can run on yourself daily. This is the level that changes your own life. Most people stop here and get everything they came for.

Reiki Level 2 Certification - $300

Working with others, and distance healing. The Level II symbols and attunement, treating other people, and sending Reiki remotely across any distance. This is the level you need if you want to work on family, friends, or clients.

Prerequisite: Level I (with me or another teacher).

Reiki Master Teacher Certification - $500

The full transmission. Master symbol and attunement, plus how to attune others — meaning you can certify students yourself. For people who intend to teach or build a practice.

Prerequisite: Level II, and a period of active practice.
